Email address (to track your scans and manage your account), password (bcrypt-hashed, never stored in plain text), and scan count. That's it.
We DO NOT store the content of your emails. Your email text is sent to AI providers (Groq/Anthropic/OpenAI) for analysis and immediately discarded. We never see, read, log, or keep your email content. The AI response (score, roast, rewrite) is sent to your browser and not stored on our servers.
The UnHinged Chrome Extension only activates on Gmail (mail.google.com). It does not access, read, or store any of your emails. It only reads the text in the compose window when you explicitly click "Grab from Gmail compose." No background scanning, no email indexing, no data collection.
We use Groq (AI analysis), Razorpay (payments — India), and Render (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any other third party.
All payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details, bank information, or UPI ID. Razorpay handles all payment data under their PCI-DSS compliance.
We use one authentication cookie (httpOnly, secure) to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account page. This permanently removes your email, scan history, and team membership. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
